Hello, my name is Sacha, and I am a certified Pilates instructor. If you’re looking to achieve a physical and emotional state of strength and balance, I offer two services that can be used independently or in combination to support your journey toward optimal health and vitality.

My goal is to help you cultivate well-being so you can move through daily life with strength and vitality.

Pilates offers full body fitness training that leaves you feeling strong, healthy, vibrant, and aligned. You will feel grounded and connected to your body. A Pilates workout helps to strengthen and heal the body. I offer a fully equipped private studio and over 15 years of experience.
