Since beginning Pilates with Sacha, I have noticed a big improvement with my movement. Previously, I was experiencing knee and joint pain regularly and this has disappeared. My posture has improved and my shoulders and neck are less rounded. Working out twice per week has improved my mobility and flexibility. Sacha took into consideration prior injuries and chose exercises carefully, so as not to aggravate these. New exercises are added on a gradual basis and she has assisted with developing a home routine which can be done independently or you can schedule Zoom sessions. We cannot reverse aging but exercising has improved my mobility and eliminated pain. Thanks for the help and encouragement!
